These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Million Candles LLC, a Wyoming, USA limited liability company ("Million Candles", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using millioncandles.com (the "Service") you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
Million Candles provides AI-powered educational and analytical tools: chart analysis, options market scanning, signal validation, trade journaling, learning content, and optional automation that transmits orders to your own brokerage account according to rules you configure.
Million Candles is NOT a broker-dealer, investment adviser, financial planner, exchange, or portfolio manager. We are not registered with SEBI (India), the SEC, FINRA, CFTC, NFA (USA), FCA (UK) or any other financial regulator. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice, an offer to buy or sell any security or derivative, or a recommendation of any strategy. All AI output is informational and educational only. You alone decide whether to trade, and you bear all outcomes of those decisions.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. One account per person; accounts may not be shared, sold or transferred. Notify us immediately at admin@millioncandles.com of any suspected unauthorized access.
Paid plans bill in advance and renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel any time in Settings or My Plan; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you retain access until then. Prices may change with at least 30 days' email notice — continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance. Taxes may be added where required. Failed payments may result in downgrade to the free plan after a grace period. Refunds are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy.
By enabling AutoPilot you expressly authorize Million Candles to transmit orders to your connected brokerage account pursuant to the rules, limits and thresholds you configure. You acknowledge and agree that: (a) you are solely responsible for your rule configuration and for monitoring your account; (b) automated execution is subject to latency, slippage, partial fills, rejected orders, API outages, duplicate or missed signals, and market gaps; (c) risk controls such as daily loss limits operate on a best-efforts basis and are not guarantees; (d) we may suspend AutoPilot at any time for safety, maintenance or suspected malfunction; (e) you are solely responsible for compliance with your broker's terms and any proprietary-trading-firm rules governing your account, and violations may result in loss of that account; (f) all trading losses arising from automated execution are yours alone.
Broker availability acknowledgment. Supported brokers and the markets they cover are listed on our Launch Pad page and change over time as integrations are added, modified, or withdrawn. By purchasing AutoPilot or any plan that includes broker execution, you confirm that you have reviewed the current list of supported brokers and verified that your broker is supported for your market before subscribing. You acknowledge and agree that the unavailability of a particular broker, or the later removal or limitation of a broker integration, is not grounds for a refund, and that subscription fees already paid are non-refundable on that basis. Broker integrations are provided on an as-available basis and we make no guarantee that any specific broker is, or will remain, supported.
Indian brokers: in accordance with SEBI's algorithmic trading framework, automated execution (AutoPilot) is not offered for Indian brokerage accounts. For Indian brokers (e.g., Angel One, Zerodha via Kite Publisher), every order is individually initiated and confirmed by you — on the broker's own order window in the case of Kite Publisher — before transmission, and broker sessions require fresh authentication daily. AutoPilot for Indian brokers will be offered only after Million Candles completes exchange empanelment as an algo provider.
Connecting a brokerage account is optional. You represent that you are authorized to connect the account, and you grant us permission to transmit instructions to it as configured by you. Your relationship with your broker is governed solely by your agreement with that broker; we are not a party to it.
You agree not to: reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Service or its AI outputs at scale; resell, redistribute or commercially republish signals or analyses; use the Service for market manipulation or any unlawful purpose; probe or breach our security; use bots to create accounts; or upload malicious content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service, including software, design, branding and content, is owned by Million Candles LLC and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes while subscribed. You retain ownership of charts you upload; you grant us a licence to process them to provide the Service. Feedback you send may be used by us without obligation.
The Service interoperates with third parties (e.g., TradingView, brokers, Stripe). Their services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI OUTPUT MAY BE INCOMPLETE OR WRONG. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MILLION CANDLES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE (OR USD $100 IF YOU PAID NOTHING). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those, the above applies to the fullest extent permitted.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Million Candles LLC and its officers and contractors from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your trading activity, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, governing law) survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except that either party may bring qualifying claims in small-claims court.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
